    To place an order, browse our store and add your desired products to your cart. Then, follow the checkout process, where you can enter your details and choose a shipping method. Be sure to review all information before confirming your order.

  2. How long does delivery take?
    Delivery times vary depending on your location. On average:

    • Belgium: 2-3 business days
    • Europe: 5-7 business days
    • International: 10-15 business days

    You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number to monitor your order.

  3. Do you offer free shipping?
    Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over €25. This option is automatically applied to your cart once you reach the required minimum amount.

  4. Can I customize a design?
    Absolutely! Acusinkt offers customization options for certain products. If you have a specific design in mind or want to modify one of our items, please contact us before placing your order to discuss the details.

  5. What payment methods are available?
    We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal, and other secure payment methods. All transactions are encrypted to protect your data.

  6. Can I modify or cancel my order?
    If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to assist you. Once the order is in production or has been shipped, we can no longer make changes.

  7. What is your return policy?
    We accept returns of unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us to request a return and include your order number. Note that personalized items cannot be returned.

  8. How do I take care of my Acusinkt merchandise?
    To preserve the design of your clothing and products, we recommend:

    • Washing inside out in cold water
    • Avoiding the dryer to maintain the print quality
    • Not ironing directly over the design

    With proper care, your products will stay in great condition for longer.
