Return and Refund Policy

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason. This period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you, physically take possession of the goods.

Returning Products

If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the goods within 14 days from the date you informed us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds

Once we have received the returned goods in good condition, we will refund the full purchase amount, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days. The refund will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Exceptions

Certain products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, such as:

• Goods that are custom-made or clearly personalized.
• Items that, for hygiene or health reasons, are not suitable for return if their seal has been broken after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
